Why is Dora crying?


If you have Time Warner cable Dora...MTV, Spike, Nick, and others...won't be making it to 2009.

    Viacom should not be raising the contract rates. They are holding those channels hostage. FOR MORE MONEY to come out of the customers pocket.. THAT AINT FAIR!!!

    As someone who knows about the contracts, the reason Time Warner Cable is losing 18 channels including MTV, Comedy Central, Nite at Nite and others is because Viacom wants an additional $40 million on top of the hundreds of millions already paid for the new contract. This would affect TWC customers by increasing the bills drastically. To voice your concerns about this call Viacom at 212-258-6000 and tell them to stop being greedy and holding these channels hostage for more money.

    Not sure if reruns of The Hills is worth fighting for. Although, come to think of it, without The Daily Show, I'll have to watch real news...
